1. Why do I need a website?
There are so many reasons, but above all we believe that no business is complete without a website to support it. Your website provides your company with a number of benefits, it is always open and can create a great first impression, it can deliver information & documentation to your customer instantly and it can legitimize your business.
2. How much does a website cost?
It depends on your business needs and there are a number of factors that determine the cost. We have tried to simplify the pricing with pricing for the most common projects. Check out our web design pricing list. If your project is does not fit these models then we will sit down with you figure out what you need and provide an estimate of the cost. This will allow you to see exactly what you are paying for. Please contact us to request a quote.
3. How long does a standard website take to build?
Most sites take 30-60 days to build. We custom design your site and want you to be involved in the development. This allows you to view the website and make revisions prior to launching. Although rush jobs' can be done, we try to set the expectation that quality can not rushed.
4. Do you offer payment plans?
We do! Our payment plans extend over three months on smaller projects and up to twelve months on large projects after the initial deposit has been paid. Some conditions do apply so please contact us for details. We accept Checks, PayPal and most credit cards.
5. I need my business cards/website/flyers yesterday! Can you help?
Most likely! We would have to check our work load to insure we can juggle your project along with our current work load without impacting the quality of both. Please contact us with the project details to find out we can do for you.
6. You're not local, can you still help me?
Yes we can, we have customers local to us, on the east coast and even an international client. Using today's technologies we can meet virtually and share our desk top to walk you through the design and development process, show demo work and provide project related presentations as if we were all in the same room.
7. Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?
If you have used a designer who has charged you to get your site listed on the top search engines, well you have paid too much. The top search engines (Google, Yahoo, and Bing) will find you if you site is built properly. We never bill for non-existent services and will work with you to optimize your site and we even offer marketing services to place you on the 1st page of Google, Bing & Yahoo!
